In her own words:

At the core of my therapy practice are pillars of compassion, empathy, objectivity, growth, awareness, and insight. I offer a holistic view of life struggles and assist clients to discover what works for them and how best to navigate their emotional experiences to improve mental wellbeing.

I work primarily within a relational style utilizing gold standard approaches while maintaining a humanistic framework.

Julia Tracey, MA, ADEP, UKCP

Director International Services, Existential Psychotherapist, Advanced Practitioner in Existential Therapy, Member UK Council for Psychotherapy.

Julia has attained higher-level education and training from Australia and London, UK. She specializes in couple therapy using an integrative existential approach to relationships/relational problems.

In her own words:

Couples fall into unhelpful patterns of behavior, becoming stuck and unable to see a way forward. As an experienced relationship therapist my role is to facilitate new styles of communicating within the couple. In taking an objective position, I’m able to explore and examine the unhelpful behavioral patterns and choices the couple have constructed. A relationship is co-created and together we can find a way forward.

I am an existential psychotherapist located in Brighton. I work with both individuals and couples locally and internationally via Zoom.
